Starting in January 2022, SOL commenced a complete strip out and full refurbishment to the second floor office space which was to be completed within a 6-month period.

We installed nine glazed meeting rooms with high specification acoustic glass walls along with glazed folding rooms to create open work areas. Within the main central area of the office space, we created a new staff breakout area and kitchen incorporating high specification design to an acoustic ceiling feature with ambient controlled lighting throughout. Part of the project included three new tea points throughout the building including new appliances, zip taps and LED lighting upgrades.

Separate from the desk areas there were unique furniture designed areas which can be enjoyed as breakout areas or used as workspace. The three main stairwells across three floors were upgraded with new carpet, flooring and decorations. 

The mechanical and electrical systems were completely stripped out and a new high specification design installed to the client’s requirements for all services. There were two new high level boardrooms created within this space with a full LED upgrade and a featured lighting design along with ambient lighting. Each meeting room was designed for its own personal use with its own unique colour design and furniture fitting.

Completed with a final touch of cleaning to the external facades and pathways around the building. All the finishes and fittings within this project were of a very high specification which enhanced the final finishings details to the project.
