We are highly experienced in the role of Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 and have detailed procedures in place to achieve high standards of H&S performance. All of our staff are fully trained and inducted into our H&S policies and site specific procedures. Our dedicated H&S advisor supports the team in developing project specific CDM H&S plans, H&S File, risk assesments and method statements to minimise risks to building users and staff. All SOL Services Site Managers are SMSTS qualified and continually monitor safety, security and general housekeeping during the works.
