SOL Services were appointed to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of a facility in Luton for Fire Beam, transforming a former laboratory-based building into a functional warehouse and office space.
The project involved an extensive strip-out of existing laboratory areas, followed by the reconfiguration of the internal layout to create a clear separation between warehouse operations and new ground floor office accommodation.
