This traditional, three-storey mews house in the heart of Chelsea required extensive repair after significant structural issues were uncovered.

We completely stripped out all roof coverings, internal walls, external wall linings and flooring and carried out extensive repair and rebuilding work, including a new slate mansard roof with four dormer windows. We converted the ground floor into a fantastic garage with space to accommodate 2-3 cars, and the first floor became the main living space.

Our bespoke joinery design included the installation of a full-length library and TV wall unit, a modern high-end kitchen complete with an island and all
appliances, and top-of-the-range herringbone flooring. Upstairs, we custom built the master bedroom with an upholstered bed, wardrobes, and bathroom vanity.

Once the project was completed the property was a truly stunning modern residence that still honoured the building’s history.
